Instructions

  1. Blend Melons: In a blender, combine the diced mixed melon, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  2. Strain Mixture: Pour the blended melon mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp, resulting in a smooth liquid base for the drink.
  3. Muddle Mint: In each glass, muddle a few fresh mint leaves gently to release their aromatic oils and flavor.
  4. Assemble Drink: Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour the strained melon mixture over the ice.
  5. Add Sparkling Water and Garnish: Top off the glass with sparkling water to add fizz. Garnish with melon balls and mint sprigs for an attractive presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing minted melon fizz!
