Ingredients

Base

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry or cherry-flavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt

Add-ins

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, stir together the whipped topping and gelatin powder until fully combined. Fold in the cottage cheese or Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
  2. Add the Goodies: Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, drained crushed pineapple, strawberries, and shredded coconut (if using) until evenly distributed.
  3. Chill & Set: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to fully set.
